Thursday Pools did a great job putting together this presentation on how a Thursday fiberglass pool is made. It goes into detail on how Thursday Pools comes up with and designs new models, how they create the mold, and lastly how they manufacture a Thursday Fiberglass Pool. The 4 minutes and 28 seconds it takes to watch this video is well worth it.
KEY POINTS:
Thursday Pools is the fiberglass pool industry's only ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified fiberglass pool manufacturer. When a Thursday Pool is being manufactured you don't see any technicians walking on the pool shell/mold like you do in videos from other fiberglass pool manufacturers. In full disclosure, Thursday Pools and River Pools are made at the same plant in Indiana and both manufacturers use the same manufacturing process and colors.
