What type of deposit do you require?

We have our payment plan broken down into 4 payments. All payments must be in the form of cashiers check.

Payment Schedule

Payment 1: Due with signed contract is 1/3 of the total contract price

Payment 2: Due at the time of site prep for excavation 1/3 of the total contract price

Payment 3: Due at the time of setting the pool in the hole 1/3 of the total contract price minus $500.00

Payment 4: Due at the final walkthrough $500.00
